Return Policy

At Wayve Tech Consulting, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased on approval and a 15-day return period for discounted, refurbished, or used items. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return.

1) Contact Us

Begin by reaching out to us through our contact form, email, or phone. Provide your purchase details, including the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.

2) Approval & Return Authorization

Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

3) Return the Item

Ship the item back to Wayve Tech Consulting using the instructions provided. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

4) Processing the Return

If the Invoice Has Been Paid: Once we receive the returned item and process it, a refund will be issued for the item’s cost.

If the Invoice Has Not Been Paid: We will adjust your invoice to reflect the return, and only any remaining balance, if applicable, will be due.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the return once we receive the item. We appreciate your cooperation and are here to help ensure a smooth return experience.
